Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the Ask Donnie app (iOS or Android) and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed right away.
You can also do this on the web: sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account.
Or request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email proctordonnie@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership of the email and complete the deletion, typically within a few business days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and white-label branding (company name, logo, colors, contact details).
- Your conversations and saved questions.
- Your estimates, invoices, and projects, and any plans or photos you uploaded.
- Your construction-management records (RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, schedules, etc.).
- Your wallet balance and account credentials.
What may be retained
We may keep limited records required by law or for fraud prevention and accounting (for example, transaction records for completed purchases), and routine encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule. These are not used to re-identify or re-create your account.
About subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in your Apple ID / App Store or Google Playaccount settings before deleting, so you aren’t charged again.
